CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING THE THEORY TEST

You may reschedule your theory test within 3 days of booking. If you cancel more than 3 days before the test you will get a full refund.

When you have booked your theory test, the DSA will send you an email confirming the time and date of the test along with a reference code. You should print this out and bring it with you to Chester.

ATTENDING YOUR THEORY TEST

Leave plenty of time to arrive as late arrivals may be unable to sit the theory test and will lose test fee. You should bring along your provisional driving licence. How To Get To Chester Theory Test Centre

We suggest leaving an extra fifteen minutes before arriving at the test center. You should also use google maps to help guide you to the test center.

By car: You will need to go to St Oswald’s Way if you are coming from the west or to the A51 if you arrive from the east. Before you will need to discover a local car park place.
