At crossroads continue straight across onto Friars St. Follow road skirting Willis Croon glass buildings) until you reach crossroads. Go straight across onto Civic Drive. Continue following road (skirting Willis coroon glass building), the street changes to Princes Street.At crossroads continue straight across towards Civic Drive. Continue along civic drive and go across roundabout, new wolsey theatre is on right hand side, continue along civic drive 50 metres then take underpass ramp, on access to underpass follow signs to Norwich road. On exit from under pass follow signs for civic drive. Hubbard house is on right hand side"

Train

Ipswich Train Station is located at Burrell Road, Ipswich, IP2 8AL. The nearest test centre is about 25 minutes away by foot. At the pedestrian crossing continue straight ahead onto Princes street. Cross over the road and turn left at the next set of traffic lights. Follow this route until you reach Civic drive. Turn left at the crossroads and continue along Civic drive. You will see the new Wolsey theatre on your right hand side. Continue along Civic drive until you reach the third roundabout. Take the ramp down into the underpass. Exit the underpass and follow the signs for Norwich road. On exiting the underpass, continue along Civic drive. Hubbard house is on the right hand side.
